Covid-19 Response – Redapt

Just like many other industries, Redapt took an unexpected hit to almost every area of the business at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our outward strategy was simple: reinforce safety for employees and customers, acknowledge pain-points caused by the pandemic, and package a custom set of services that could benefit our clients of every size. I developed our initial imagery and communication around a personal message from the co-founders of Redapt, bringing them to the heart of the business: the warehouse floor.

Social Impact

Our social first approach brought to light our effort and allowed us to join a chorus of companies looking to acknowledge the effects of Covid-19.

Website Presence

Our rebranded website needed to showcase our effort. To this day, this imagery and message remain essential to Redapt’s vision for its clients and employees alike.

Blog Post for SEO

Our efforts got us out in front of the curve, and allowed our website traffic to increase at a time of uncertainty. Our messaging, found across the website, utilized strong, people-based imagery rather than graphics, and was the foundation of a successful marketing effort that resulted in net growth during the pandemic.

Our About Us page featured imagery, which added a sense of authenticity and utilized our photo assets at an increasing number of touch-points throughout our site. Overall this campaign was one of the most important outbound pieces Redapt produced during 2020, both in initial messaging and lasting visual assets.
